I needed to have hot and cold washer valves replaced, my house is 53 years old the valves are original, I thought for sure the pipes would have to be cut but Jacob got the old valves off without an issue, and the cost was very reasonable, so Thank you Jacob and Lance Maxwell plumbing, by far the best in Jacksonville.

Ryan Romedy came out quickly and repaired my broken pipe and outdoor faucet. Highly recommend! Professional, highly knowledgeable and efficient. The only pluming company I trust.
Lance Maxwell Plumbing has done two jobs for me. Both were done professionally and for a fair price. Today they removed and reinstalled a toilet that was leaking due to a failed flange seal and also replaced the seal in the shutoff valve. The work was done perfectly in right at one hour. Price was fair and the guys were great to dal with. Office staff was friendly and got me on the schedule two days after I called. The guys showed up early and got right to work. The toilet is now properly bolted down and caulked around the base and doesn’t leak any more.
Max was on time very friendly. He checked everything and was very informative. Will definitely use him from now on for all my plumbing repairs.

Max & his helper (sorry I forgot his name!) were so polite, quickly took care of our plumbing issue, offered to come back to investigate a permanent resolution, & took the time to walk the home & listen to everything that’s been going wrong!
